What is Bailey Sprout made from?

Bailey Sprout is lovingly crafted from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, making him breathable, naturally hypoallergenic and free from microplastics. All stitching and details are chemical-free and baby-safe. PLUS Bailey is filled with 100% GRS certified recycled cotton fibre (non-toxic and eco-friendly), because our planet matters too.

Does Bailey light up, play sounds, or have plastic parts?

No. Bailey is intentionally simple—no lights, no sounds, no plastic—because we know babies respond best to soft touch, scent, and gentle textures. Protects their sensitive eyes and ears.

Is Bailey safe for chewing or teething?

Yes! Bailey is Non-toxic! Bailey has two soft tie-ends that are gentle enough to chewing for curious little mouths and also double as dummy (pacifier) or teether holders. Best of all they are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton—microplastics FREE!

At what age is Bailey suitable?

Bailey is safe from birth. Red Nose Australia advises that a small soft toy can be left in the cot from 7 months of age, however the ACCC recommends supervision until 12 months of age. You can use Bailey as part of your baby's supervised sleep routine and for comfort and support. What do "EcoDye™" and "Memory Bond™" mean?

EcoDye™ is our water-based, non-toxic ink used to print all graphics. This means vibrant colours that are safe for your baby and kinder to the environment—no harsh chemicals, no off-gassing. Memory Bond™ is Bailey’s organic cotton fibres gently absorb your scent—creating a soothing, comfort-filled connection that helps your little one feel secure when you’re not nearby.

Are your products plastic-free?

Yes! We pride ourselves on being microplastic FREE. That means no polyester, no synthetic fibres, and no plastic accessories—just pure organic cotton and earth-friendly materials. You would be suprised at the number of toys (both commercially sold and handmade) are not subjected to any tests before sale and that many toys that are chewed by babies are made of plastic particles! Bailey is MICROPLASTIC FREE!

How do I wash/care for Bailey?

We recommend cold gentle machine wash separately. Its best to dry Bailey naturally in shade, however you can tumble dry on very low heat but its not recommened. Please do not bleach, soak or rub soaps and chemicals on Bailey for cleaning. We also recommend a warm iron on reverse side if needed.
