We send all Australian orders via Australia Post, using Standard Parcel Post unless you select Express Post at checkout.
Delivery Options
Free Standard Delivery when you spend $99 or more*
Standard Delivery (tracked 2-10 working days) — $11.95
Express Delivery (tracked 1-3 working days) — $14.95
*per single transaction (after discounts).
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email — so please double-check that your email address is correct and keep an eye on your inbox (including junk mail).
We use an automated shipping system, so please make sure your address details are accurate when placing your order. Snuggle Sprouts cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect address information.
We deliver to PO Boxes, residential, and business addresses across Australia. You’re welcome to add delivery notes at checkout — we’ll pass these on to Australia Post, though we can’t guarantee they’ll always be followed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and time of year.
Standard Post: 2–10 business days (orders dispatched within 48 hours)
Express Post: 1–3 business days (orders dispatched within 24–48 hours)
Parcels are shipped daily (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post — you can check estimated timeframes for your area at auspost.com.au/delivery-areas.
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, please note that Snuggle Sprouts cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered, ownership and responsibility for the items pass to you.
If your parcel is being sent as a gift, delivery to the nominated address constitutes proof of delivery and order completion by Snuggle Sprouts.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Snuggle Sprouts is not liable for any delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other external factors.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being undeliverable, an additional postage fee will apply to resend it. We’ll contact you to confirm your preferred option.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days, please contact us at info@snugglesprouts.com with your order number. We may ask you to complete a Missing/Undelivered Items Declaration, which will help us investigate with Australia Post.
If your item is confirmed missing, we’ll either:
Refund the original payment amount to your original payment method, or
Replace your order for the same value (if stock allows).
For sale items, a store credit of equal value will be issued.
Pre-orders Policy
Shipping method
All preorders will be shipped exclusively via Standard Shipping and will ship from our Australian store.
Consolidated shipping
If your order includes other Snuggle Sprouts items, they will be shipped together with the preorder. No separate shipments will be made.
Discounts and promotions
Discounts or promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offers unless specifically stated.
Order finality
All preorders are final and excluded from Snuggle Sprouts change of mind policy. No refunds will be given for change of mind.
Product unavailability
In the event that the product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum viable quantities are not reached, customers will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative product.
