Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Snuggle Sprouts, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns (Australia Only)
If you’d like to return or exchange your item for a change of mind or similar reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your returned product must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date.
All returns must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging, which forms part of the product
- With all Snuggle Sprouts information cards and certificates
To ensure your item arrives safely, please package it securely for transit.
Items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging may not be accepted and could be returned to you at your cost.
Please note: For deliveries within Australia, your order will be considered delivered 5 days after dispatch, regardless of actual delivery confirmation.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products showing signs of wear and tear more than 30 days after purchase. If you notice a fault early on, please contact us straight away so we can help.
Change of mind returns and exchanges are NOT OFFERED on Limited Edition and Personalised products.
Exchange & Refund Processing
Where a return or exchange is accepted:
- Exchanges will depend on stock availability.
- You’ll be responsible for return postage
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days of approval.
Please email info@snugglesprouts.com before sending any items back so we can authorise your return.
Unauthorised returns cannot be processed and may be held until return postage is paid by you.
Faulty or Unfit Products
If your item:
- Arrives faulty or not of the quality you reasonably expected, or
- Is unfit for its intended purpose based on its description and price —
we’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable time frame after purchase.
Please note:
- General wear & tear/damage caused by misuse are not considered faults.
- Slight colour variations may occur between your screen and the product in person; these are not considered defects if the colour matches the product description.
If you believe your product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and email us with:
- A brief description of the fault
- Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Once approved, we’ll refund your return postage for faulty items and send your replacement at no extra charge.
